Elizabeth “Liz” Edelen is a native of New Bern, North Carolina, where she spent most of her formative years. She holds an Associate of Arts with a concentration in Education from Craven Community college. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Family and Consumer Science with a minor in Child Education from North Carolina Central University. She currently holds Level I and Level II North Carolina Early Educator Certifications. Liz has over eight years of experience working with and leading youth.
Liz is a member of Fountain of Living Waters Church and serves on the Social Impact Team. She is deeply involved in the church’s youth ministry, and uses her devotion to God to teach youth about the importance and application of Christ-like character.
Liz and her husband Tim live in Apex, North Carolina, with her three children, Tristian, Bryson, and Myles. Liz enjoys cleaning, participates in sports, and spending time with her family in her free time. We are all excited that Mrs. Edelen is joining the Cresset Christian Academy Family!
