Your child has the power to make a positive impact on the lives of blood cancer patients!  Cresset Christian Academy will be joining others across North Carolina in a program that will be instrumental in raising funds for lifesaving cancer research.  They’ll be taking part in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Pennies for Patients.  During a three-week period, students collect spare change to support LLS’s mission:  To cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

Cresset will have a 2-hour delay, Tuesday, Jan. 7.

9:30am – Preschool
10:00am – Elementary
9:55am – Upper School (report to Home Room and then go to Third Period)

Elementary and Upper School students may be dropped off as early as 9:30am if needed.

Cresset Christian Academy hosts book fair December 9 – 13

DURHAM – Cresset Christian Academy will host a book fair for family and friends of the private Christian, college preparatory school December 9 through 13 in the school’s library located at 3707 Garrett Road.

School officials invite the public to Christmas shop as well as donate books to the school’s library.

The book fair’s hours:
Monday:  3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and after the Upper School Christmas Concert.
Tuesday:  7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday:  7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday:  7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and after the Lower School Christmas Concert.
Friday:  7:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
