the 100 meters and the 200 meters.
Jordan Black ran a fine time
in the 800 meters for an eighth

meter dash and Andres Perez
won the 400 meter dash. Jon
Stallings placed second in the
1600 meter run and second in the
3200 meter run.
Michael Mears set a school
record in the shot put with a throw
of 30 ft. 1 1/4 in. |

Andres Perez ran 53.3 in the
400 meters for fourth place.
Stephen Luster ran a season best
in the 200 meters with a time of
24.09. Jon Stallings
won his heat of the 800 meters in

The Boys Team defeated Cary
Christian Academy at Durham Academy
plus the girls team scored with only
two members. The 800 meter relay
team of Matthew Myers, Isaiah
Jackson, Micah Stewart, and
Marcus Means won the relay. The
400 meter relay team of Matthew
Myers, Isaiah Jackson, Thomas Davis,
and Marcus Means placed a
very close second to Cary Christian
Academy. Notable performances:
Chynah Allen 2nd/3rd
in 200 meters and 100 meters;
Matthew Myers 1st in
100 meter hurdles. Personal best of
Simon Hong in 200 meters and
Joey Tenaglia in Discus. |

400 meters respectively.
Jon Stallings placed 6th in the
high jump and ran in the 800 meters
and 3200 meters. Andres
also placed in the 100 meters and
200 meters. Jordan Black
ran in the fast heat of the 1600

Allen broke 60 seconds in the
