The Cresset Academy Educational Foundation (CAEF) began as a charitable, non-profit organization in March 1998. The Internal Revenue Service granted CAEF full tax-exempt status under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in section 501(c)(3).
The mission of the Cresset Academy Educational Foundation is to provide the financial foundation that will enhance the distinctly Christian educational opportunity of every student enrolled at Cresset Christian Academy.
Every year interest money is available from scholarship endowments is sent to the Academy scholarship fund to be used as designated by the Council Scholarship Committee. Designated funds are transferred to the Academy as needed for specific projects.
The foundation accepts donations in support of scholarships, capital improvements, athletics, WINGS, fine arts, building improvements, transportation and related needs through:
Outright Gifts: cash, stock gifts, personal property, real estate, and matching funds.
Planned Gifts: wills, bequests, codicils, Life Insurance, Life Income Plans, and Charitable Lead Trusts.
Some of the most recent proceeds have benefited the Academy through campus building improvement projects, the Eagle Center, bus purchases and scholarships. We encourage you to support the Academy and its students through the Cresset Academy Educational Foundation. Your gifts to the CAEF are tax-deductible for both personal and corporate purposes. For more information on donating to the CAEF, please contact Molly Sias, Admissions Director, at msias@cressetchristian.org.
